It’s time for that psychiatrist session again 

so this is how I’m currently feeling except exchange the man with a 27 year old girl lol

I’m hoping that he will give me some tips on how to improve and actually get some sleep.

Explain why he thinks I may be having difficulty sleeping in the first instance

And probably many other things that comes into my head when I get there 

So my day looks a lot like this:

Work for a few hours am

Psychiatrist appointment over lunch 

Back to work- grabbing a Starbucks of possible on route! 

Then home! Busy busy day may actually sleep tonight without any helping sleeping remedies at this rate! Life sometimes goes a million miles an hour and it’s hard to keep up!
