well for the first time in weeks now, I actually slept through most of the night and only woke up once at 3 and then back to sleep until 6:30 for getting up for college and work!
Feel very refreshed this morning a that that’s not suprising I really needed some sleep.
Looking forward to starting a 8 week course in mindfulness this morning think it could be an important step in my recovery journey.
Then looking forward to a afternoon of speech therapy sessions with the lovely kids at work 😊
At last I have a feeling today has the potential to be a good day.
I treat myself to the classic rock cd yesterday so looking forward to singing along in the car on my journeys today!
